Rewards Points are awarded at a rate of 5 points for every dollar spent in store, before taxes. Points totals will be printed on the bottom of receipts. Members may also ask staff for status updates.
Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Rewards Points may not be substituted, transferred or sold.
Points must be redeemed in 500 point increments, with each increment worth $5. The maximum value of Royal Rewards Points that may be redeemed in one transaction is $100.
Royal Rewards Points do not expire. However, we reserve the right to close an account without notice if there has been no earned or redeemed points at least once every 2 years.
