Description
Helmeppo is a Marine officer and son of previous Marine Captain Morgan in the anime series, One Piece. Helmeppo is a skilled swordsman who was able to force Zoro into a defensive situation. His preferred weapons are a pair of Kukri that he keeps on the back of his waist on his belt.
