Chifuyu Matsuno is a supporting character of the Tokyo Revengers series. Chifuyu is the vice-captain of the First Division of Tokyo Manji Gang. While he may not be the strongest fighter, Chifuyu was strong enough to conquer his middle school making his upperclassmen afraid of him.
